As a market leader it is our goal to offer products that make photovoltaic systems reliable, affordable and a sustainable energy solution. The main task of this position is the analysis and further development of the module processes at the production and development sites of Hanwha Q CELLS. You work with full engagement in a global team to ensure efficient production ramp up and product implementations as well as their consistent improvement.

 Your responsibilities:Your qualifications:
  • Within the R&D Modules department you are an expert for overall module manufacturing.
  • You have an overview of the module manufacturing processes at all our production sites: you know the essential parameters, influencing factors and measurement variables as well as the used materials and machines. You can analyze and explain differences and deviations.
  • You initiate alignment processes, coordinate optimization measures across different sites while taking the specific circumstances into account.
  • You use established methods of process development, such as statistical experiment planning and process capability analysis.
  • You are involved in the solution of product, process and machine problems and support the commissioning of new machines or implementation of new products worldwide.
  • You work focused on department and project tasks and present work results adequately.
  • You successfully completed a degree in natural science or engineering.
  • You gained first work experience in the PV industry or adequate.
  • You have good knowledge in statistical experiment planning, quality assurance as well as production control.
  • You are goal-oriented, systematic, have excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • You are assertive and able to deal with conflicts. You are a team player.
  • You are an experienced user of MS office and statistical data analysis software.
  • Furthermore you can communicate in German and English fluently, enabling you to work in an international team.
  • You are prepared to travel and support our international production sites.
