Engineer/Scientist Product Reliability (f/m/d)
Your Tasks:
- Your focus is on the long-term stability of our products in use at the customer's site
- Evaluate the reliability behavior of test, pilot, or commercial installations and evaluate any errors that may occur
- You plan, operate and analyse experiments that simulate ageing influences and develop correlations to observations on our products in outdoor use
- On this basis, you will initiate and, if necessary, lead development projects with the goal to improve product stability
- You will support and advise our customers in this field and keep in touch with the experts in the industry
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in technical science or a comparable education
- You have experience in the photovoltaic or plastics industry and you are familiar with the effects of environmental influences and their simulation in the laboratory
- You have knowledge of the electrical/optical properties of solar modules as well as of the relevant measurement technology
- You have knowledge and experience in handling data analysis tools (e.g. R) as well as project management methods
- A customer-oriented and goal-oriented way of working is essential
- You are characterised by intercultural competence, team spirit and strong communication skills and you enjoy interdisciplinary work
- You are fluent in written and spoken English language, German skills are desirable
