Twinner© Group is looking for a Chief Growth Officer (f/m/d) for its market facing functions (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Support, Fulfilment) at the locations Berlin, Leipzig, Halle (Saale) or Budapest.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all market facing functions in their entirety (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Support, Fulfilment)
  • Functional deliverables of the CGO organization include
    • Sales (Field Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Partnerships)
    • Marketing (Awareness, Lead Generation, Sales Collateral)
    • Product Management (Value Proposition, Competition Monitoring, Pricing, Release Management, Technical Product Owner, Business Product Owner)
    • Support (Field Engineering, Remote Support, FAQs)
    • Fulfilment (Stock Management, Maintenance, Logistics, Installation, Release Operations, Value Added Services)
  • Tightly interface with the CTO, CFO and CEO to set, measure and review goals for all included functions in alignment with Twinner Group strategy and priorities
  • Create a functional organization that translates customer needs into product requirements, enlarges customer base and ensures delivery in the field
  • Constantly navigate between operational, tactical and strategical exercises (‘Intrapreneur’)
  • Steering of departmental P&L in accordance with Twinner Group financial budgets

Qualifications

  • Executive track record with leading distributed teams that sell and run complex industrial products consisting of hardware and software (e.g. self-driving cars, robotics, industrial machinery)
  • Experience in scaling organizations from growth into hypergrowth
  • Balanced business, technical and processual skillset
  • Relevant skills in running field organizations for industrial environments (SLAs with minimal downtime and high penalties)
  • Native user of relevant business software (e.g. Office365, Atlassian)
  • ‘Full Stack Intrapreneur’ - you can work both in the engine room and the board room
  • English (fluent), German (optional), Hungarian (optional), European work permit
