For this reason, we are looking for dedicated solar pioneers who are ready to break new ground. . To support our team in Dresden, we are looking for:Manager Product Management (f/m/d)
Your Tasks:
- Manage and enable realization of Heliatek’s product portfolio roadmap, in line with Heliatek’s business plan, in terms of functionality (performance and certification), profitability, and time-to-market
- Linking pin between Customer/Sales’ requests and Development’s technical roadmap; translating customer needs into requests for development, and exploring new value propositions in terms of application or sales channel
- Principal of innovation-to-market projects, securing successful and on-time meeting of milestones through commercial launch. Member of the Innovation Board that reviews these milestones
- Drive phase-in/phase-out process in collaboration with sales and operations
- Responsible for managing product data (datasheet, certifications, master data), and all product-related marketing collateral
- Lead by example – a small team of product managers
- Competitor benchmarking
- Support Sales in winning new customers, by means of (tradeshows/webinar) presentations, customer visits
Your Profile:
- University degree in EE or Physics, proven commercial track record
- Minimum 3 years of experience as product manager of high-tech (hardware) innovations in a B2B environment
- Leadership experience of small teams (up to 5 people)
- Experience in project management
- Willingness to travel, duration of a single trip up to two weeks
- Your profile will be rounded off by very good communication skills, supported by fluent German and English skills
