Twinner© Group is offering a challenging and pivotal position as the Manager for our global Field Tech team. Our base is in Halle/Leipzig, but this role can also be done remotely.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a team of international field tech and maintenance experts as well as external service providers, including planning of team schedules and maintenance tasks

Managing team performance in our field tech operations across different markets and inspire and develop your team and enable them to grow in their skills and careers

Empower the team to work independently while performing installations, preventative maintenance, on-site service and troubleshooting

Track and insure that all service is performed within specific contractual SLAs

Define and track typical maintenance key performance indicators and help to make strategic decisions to constantly maintain service levels

Designing, evaluating and aligning processes across markets and help to implement new tools and responsibilities to our existing service structures

Build and maintain a knowledge base of issues and solutions

Deep involvement in root cause analysis and solution development for problems at our Twinnner Spaces

Work closely with Product orientated teams to assist in developing, testing and validating updated software and hardware
Requirements
-
Several years of relevant work experience as a Team lead/Maintenance Engineer, ideally in a B2B and international environment

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)

Understanding of systemic relationships, process flows, dependencies and effects

Effective, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
-
Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment

Results-driven, self-motivated and able to inspire others

High degree of intellectual curiosity and self-confidence
-
Strong analytical skills combined with a customer centric focus

Willingness to travel internationally (>50%)

Fluent English skills, German is a plus
