ADVANCE BIKES TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE
We invent and produce ultralight composite profiles to enable to go beyond limits. Our design, material and processing knowledge enable us to utilize the advantageous material properties of thermoplastic composites and set a new standard in product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
The current opportunity is to be part of the herone development team and take over tasks in the early phase of a development project for a novel bike component.

Die herone GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt integrale thermoplastische Faserverbund-Profile für Hochleistungs-Anwendungen wie z.B. in der Luft- und Raumfahrtfahrt Branche. Wir sind sowohl Entwicklungsdienstleister als auch ein produzierendes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Dresden. Die Kombination aus den Materialeigenschaften von Thermoplasten, die Faserverbundprofile schweißbar und umformbar machen und unserer spezifischen herone-Technologie ermöglicht es, Bauteile für unsere B2B-Kunden maßzuschneidern und einen kundenindividuellen Mehrwert zu generieren.
Luftfahrt-Streben können so beispielsweise bereits im Herstellungsprozess mit den erforderlichen Lasteinleitungselementen ausgerüstet werden, womit die bisher fünf Bauteile zu nur einem integralen Bauteil werden. In der Folge können das Ausfallrisiko gesenkt, die Montage und Qualitätssicherung vereinfacht und so kundenseitig Kosten eingespart werden.
