As a member of our engineering team, you are responsible for the optimization of our high-tech tools as well as our processes in the field of lithography. You work in close cooperation with our customers in the semiconductor industry and support them in the production of high quality, competitive microprocessor, logic and memory products.

Your responsibilities include:

Development and implementation of new lithographic processes for our production line
Monitoring and control of existing processes
Increasing the efficiency an performance of processes and equipment for coating, temperature treatment & development
Driving initiatives for continuous defect reduction and yield improvement
Operational support for solving problems

Your profile:

University degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, microelectronics, materials science or a comparable field
Professional experience in lithography as well as in the production of photomasks or semiconductors is an advantage
Experience in project management is desirable
You like to take ownership and work independently in a team‑oriented business environment
Strong analytical and systematic working style when facing new challenges
Very good communication skills in German and English
